Poole, Yarrow Road: ROK Development
Nick worked with a colleague at ROK to develop and exit profitably this 10 acre office and warehouse scheme close to Tesco Extra, negotiating a complex s106 agreement, 8 separate planning consents, 12 lettings and investment sales, plus design + build and plot sales, including one at a regional land price record. 100,000+ sq ft (93,000+ m2).
Eastbourne, Highfield: ROK Development
Nick inherited and completed the letting and investment sale of this 10,000 sq ft bespoke office for HSBC after the departure of a colleague, very significant extras-over, no letting agreement in place, the withdrawal of the original investment buyer, and 10 weeks to secure development profits for City reporting.
Milton Keynes, Eastlake Park: ROK Development
Nick completed and funded this 23,000 sq ft office development at Eastlake Park close to the M1 J14, with a history of project-team fall out and no letting in place. Final 10,000 sq ft let to French SA and investment sale secured.
Affordable Housing: ROK Development
Nick joined the new affordable housing team, assembled specifically to work across southern England diversifying development strategy and leveraging the experience of ROK Building + Maintenance in the sector.
